Over summer last year I was working on a film titled Meg at Sony Imageworks, a monster movie pitting action star Jason Statham against a gargantuan sized shark called Megalodon. The movie is finally due for release in August this year, check out the trailer below :

My contribution to the show was mostly lighting work on the CG shark as well as Jason Statham in his underwater submersible. I have no idea how the final cut of the film looks like, but I’ll pay good money any day to see Jason Statham sock a monster shark in the face. Meg is out some time in August.
