It seems the world can never get enough of some good dinosaur action as Paramount Pictures just released the trailer for Jurassic World Rebirth, the 7th installment in the Jurassic Park franchise. Check it out below –

All the previous films in the series are great fun, and it is worth noting as well that the original Jurassic (1993) is also a groundbreaking and monumental achievement in visual effects. I have high hopes for Rebirth in part because the director is Gareth Edwards, who knows a thing or two about making movies with giant reptiles having helmed the US Godzilla remake of 2014, and his past filmography is also very impressive with movies like Rogue One and the more recent The Creator.

On top of a good director for the film, I’ll be remiss not to mention that visual effects house ILM ( Industrial Light And Magic ) is again creating the vfx for the dinosaurs, so you can be sure they’re going look amazing. I’m also looking forward to the new dinosaur creature designs for the film which will likely be showcased in an upcoming art/making of book just like the Ultimate Visual Guides for Jurassic Park and Jurassic World that I review previously.
