Amazon Prime Video have just recently released this teaser trailer for their upcoming post-apocalyptic drama series Fallout, which is based on the very popular video game series of the same name by Bethesda. Check it out below –
Looking at the trailer, the production value looks great, and the world building is very faithfully based on the game series, including the signature blue vault dweller suit, the power armor as well as familiar creatures like the German Shepherd Dogmeat and the mutated roach and bear ( Yaoguai ).
I had a lot of fun playing one of the games from the series Fallout 4, although it was bugged as hell and I never truly finished the game. That said, the game has a lot going for it and the concept art is fantastic, as you can see in the art book. ( see images below )
I’ll definitely be catching Fallout when it arrives on Amazon Prime ( April 2024 ), and hopefully it’ll be as entertaining as the games !

The concept art is fantastic yes. This trailer looks like it will encourage a replay of the video game as well as a healthy reminder of the art book and what made the designs stand to the test of time.

Just started watching Tim Cain’s youtube, the man who created Fallout back at Interplay. Fun hearing his insights and thoughts on the industry. Waiting to see what the word of mouth is on this show and interested to see which games they call back to

Chris James – I certainly see many references to Fallout 4, but that is my only frame of reference as I’ve played only this one game from the series. I should check out the video you mentioned, thanks !
