Granblue Fantasy is a Japanese RPG mobile game developed by Cygames. The character designer for the game is Minaba Hideo, who served as art director on numerous Final Fantasy titles.

This huge volume ( 327 pages ) covers extensively the art work featured in the game, running the gamut from character designs to creature/weapon/stage designs, as well as a rough sketches near the end of the book. There are also interviews ( in Japanese language only ) with Minaba Hideo, as well as the producer, director and some other key staff members.

I’ve not had the chance to check out the actual game but I certainly enjoy the beautiful character designs and overall superb quality of art work featured in this art book. Folks who are looking for references on fantasy character/costumes designs will find this book of great interest too.
