In an era where we are endlessly assailed by woefully distasteful gen AI slop, delightfully hand crafted, human made animation as such are certainly a welcomed sight. Produced by GEEK PICTURES（ギークピクチュアズ）, the spot was directed by Toru Katori and was selected by Kodansha from about 150 competing entries from all around the world.
