Well, JW Waterhouse’s “The Lady of Shalott”, to be exact. This is one of my favourite paintings of all times.
I’m heading to Paris/London tonight and will be hitting the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, Musée de l’Orangerie, Musée Rodin, The National Gallery, and finally Tate Britain. ( where the Lady of Shalott resides ) Its a nice break to have after a busy time working on Transformers : Dark of the Moon, which will be released at the end of the month.
Looking back at old posts like this one, its a small dream come true for me to finally be able to gaze upon the sublime works of these great masters, in all their original grandeur. I’ll try my best to savor the moments and not get swept away by euphoria.
See you guys in about 2 weeks. ( with pictures to share. :] )
