With the release date approaching fast ( 30th of June for Singapore ) we’re working furiously to finish up shots, and I look forward to seeing the finished film myself, in all its IMAX ( but not so much 3D ) glory.

i just actually saw the second movie in this series. despite what i’m sure is a lot of work from the special effects team, and some very impressive technical proficiency from the people he pays, Michael Bay cannot make a decent movie to save his life. despite being poorly edited with a completely hackneyed story, Transformers 2 was at least a little racist. special effects does not equal plot, and if he could make a movie half as impressive as his effects, Michael Bay would be a genius.

Nice trailer. I’ve seen the two previous films, and while I didn’t think much of the story, the acting and even the hyperactive camera work, the effects were amazing and made some truly spectacular scenes. The smoothness of the robot transformations and the speed of their movements was very well done. This one looks nice. Hopefully it has a story worthy of its special effects.
