ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON Trailer

I actually saw this about two months back during the 2023 game awards but have completely forgotten about it because I’ve been crazy busy with work; the announcement trailer for the upcoming mecha combat game Armored Core VI – Fires Of Rubicon, by FromSoftware. Check it out below –

Pretty intense, eh ? I really love for lack of a better word, the “heavy industrial” look of the mechas that aren’t overtly sleek or high-tech looking, but rather much more utilitarian, much akin to combat tanks. The only FromSoftware game I’ve played so far is Sekiro, and it is just amazing, so I have high expectations !

Also, I thoroughly enjoyed another mecha combat game Titanfall 2 (2016) but have been waiting in vain for a sequel all these years, so this seems like the perfect alternative. Armored Core VI Fires Of Rubicon will be released some time in 2023, I can’t wait !

Will be interesting to see if they take a different approach with the series in the wake of their string of hits since Demons Souls (back on Playstation 3). Been playing since the PS1 days, so I have my eye on this.

I’m really looking forward to this game as well. I have never played the franchise, but I’m a big From Software fan after playing the PS5 remake of Demon’s Souls, and then Elden Ring, of course.

Chris – Same here ! Never played it but I’m sold because I’ve played Sekiro.
