Momentary is an art book by Ilya Kuvshinov, a Russian born illustrator currently based in Japan. He has a very large following on Instagram ( more than 70k at the time of writing ) and Twitter, where I first came across his work.
The book features an excellent collection of his art work produced in the past 3 years spanning almost 200 pages, all presented in square format, which the artist remarked is his favourite choice when creating art work.
(above & below ) A small section near the end of the book features some of his sketches and doodles. The artist remarks that his long commute provides an excellent opportunity for studies like this, both in Russia and Japan.
A most excellent collection of gorgeous art work by Ilya; this comes highly recommended.
