I’ve just caught a screening of Hideaki Anno/Higuchi Shinji’s Shin Gojira ( Godzilla : Resurgence ) and I like it ! Godzilla is terrifying and the film is a very different take from Gareth Edward’s Godzilla, and even past Godzilla films made in Japan.

With the release of the movie, the production company Khara is also publishing a gorgeous Art Of book. Here are some preview pictures :

The book will be in A4 size with 512 pages, and comes at a whopping 10584 yen. Khara is giving Godzilla the jumbo treatment just like the giant Evangelion art books. At this price I’m going to need more preview pictures and information before I actually decide if its good enough for purchase.
