As one of the VFX artists who worked on the film, it has been an absolute delight to see how well received the Netflix animated film KPop Demon Hunters has been since its release on 20 June, scoring a 7.8 score on IMDB as well as a 97% Fresh aggregate on Rotten Tomatoes. It has also sparked and inspired a giant wave of fan-art on twitter, far too many for me to showcase here.
Even prior to the release of the film, Sony Pictures Animation and Sony Imageworks had already prepared some excellent crew gear for the artists who worked on the film, here are some pictures below –

(above & below) The first package included a black jumper with the cool ‘Huntrix’ logo emblazoned, a plushie of the supernatural tiger ‘Derpy’ as well as a heart-felt note from the directors and producers of the film.

I wasn't able to attend the early crew screening of #KPOPDEMONHUNTERS & only saw the movie for the 1st time last Friday, so I was initially puzzled by the goofy design of this crew gift card that arrived a week before.
It's only now that I understand its true significance…?? pic.twitter.com/mVwcwn66rJ— blauereiter (@blauereiter) June 22, 2025

(image above) Sony also gave us a proper one-sheet movie poster of the film, with a translucent print quality that allows it to be backlit at any of the special illuminated movie billboards found at theaters.
(image below) And finally we have a beautifully sculpted maquette of Rumi, who was likely cast from the original model used in early pre-production for character design purposes. This would go very well on a display shelf with the Monchi maquette I got for working on another Netflix animated film The Mitchells Vs The Machines back in 2021.

Huntrix didn’t just save the world, they also saved my Spotify Wrapped.
