The 2017 December issue of the Japanese magazine Illustration is a special feature on Ilya Kuvshinov, a Russian born illustrator currently based in Tokyo. Ilya’s captivating illustrations of beautiful female subjects has won him a huge fan base, with 250 thousand followers on Twitter at the time of writing. I’ve previously reviewed his first art book Momentary.

There’s about 30 pages of content dedicated to Ilya’s work, including a lengthy interview about his work ( in Japanese language only ). The magazine also comes with a 2018 calendar featuring Ilya’s beautiful illustrations. ( see images further below ).
