Singapore’s Animation Nation is back again this year with an eclectic treat of tasty animated feature films and shorts, some highlights include Bill Plympton’s Idiots and Angels, Studio 4C’s Genius Party, Oshii Mamoru’s Tachigui, and many more. There’s also 2 seminars, presented by Morita Shuhei, ( director of Freedom Project ) and Yamamura Koji, who bought us the Oscar nominated shory Atamayama ( Mountain Head ).
With limited screenings for most films tickets are sure to sell out real fast, so grab yours before they’re gone.

I got tickets to Genius Party and another one – but sad to say have to give Freedom Project a pass since there’s another big event in November I’m aiming at… if it wasn’t for blogs like yours and 0ne’s I wouldn’t have known of Animation Nation last year!
