Red One is an upcoming American Christmas action-adventure comedy film directed by Jake Kasdan, starring Dwayne Johnson, Chris Evans, Kiernan Shipka, Lucy Liu and J. K. Simmons. The project is seen as the first of a potential franchise, re-imagining holiday mythology.

This was the last live-action show project I was working on at Sony Imageworks, creating visual effects (vfx) for some of the snowman sequences as well as The Rock’s fight with the giant reptilian creature. Check it out below –

It’s probably too early to know if the movie will be as popular as some of the previous films I had worked on like Spider-Man : Far From Home or Spider-Man : Across The Spiderverse, but hey, at least it’ll be 2 fun hours of pop-corn flick for this year’s Christmas. Red One will be out on November 15th.
