A new trailer has just been released for the new Japanese Godzilla film, titled Godzilla : Resurgence, directed by Hideaki Anno ( Evangelion ) and Shinji Higuchi ( Attack On Titan ). Check it out below :

Creature designs are done by renowned sculptor/character design Takayuki Takeya, as well as Mahiro Maeda. At this juncture I’m not sure if Godzilla will just be battling the Japanese Self-Defense Force, or if he would be facing another Kaiju foe. ( I’m hoping for the latter, of course. )

The film will start it’s Japanese theatrical run from the 29th of July 2016. http://shin-godzilla.jp/
