Alien Salvation - Mike Mignola Comic

Hellboy comic artist Mike Mignola’s and writer Dave Gibbons ( Watchmen ) take on the tale of the Xenomorph in Alien Salvation, first published in 1993. This edition is a hardcover reprint.

Released in the same year as his signature work Hellboy, the art is consistent with Mike Mignola’s earlier comics, with more detailed line-work ( detailed is a relative term here ) as compared to his latest Hellboy in Hell series, where his imagery is almost symbolic in simplicity.

I love the Alien universe and Mike Mignola’s art work, so this is a no brainer purchase for me – the sturdy hardcover format is also a plus. Recommended.
