This art book is a revised and bulked up (143 -> 224 pages) edition of the “Vampire Graphic File” book, featuring art work from Capcom’s hugely popular arcade fighting game Vampire (also known as Dark Stalkers).

Some great additions to the book include these fantastic double page illustration spreads (above). I only wish there was some way the art work could have been presented without getting split in the middle, but there you go.

(above & below) Another great addition to the book are the illustrations for the stage/level designs for the game.

(above) Vampire (Darkstalkers) Resurrection, illustrated by Stanley Lau from the Singapore concept art company Imaginary Friends.

(below) Some amazing character design studies for the Darkstalkers anime, illustrated by Murase Shuko. Is the anime any good ?

(above left) Love the style of these Morrigan illustrations by concept artists/game designer Yoshikawa Tatsuya.

There’s way too much content in the book to showcase in these select images, but there’s a lot to like in here. Highly recommended.
