Rakugaki Note ( rakugaki meaning scribbles/doodles in Japanese ) is an art book by manga artist/illustrator Eisaku Kubonouchi. The artist is prolific on twitter, posting drawings and sketches often and I’ve been following his work for quite a while. Eisaku is a highly versatile artist, his subject matter ranging from playful illustrations for children to more realistic drawings of youthful teenagers, mixed between some whimsical sci-fi fare. His color design is spectacular.

A highly accomplished illustrator with am amazing color sense, and I love his style of drawing. This art book showcases a bountiful collection of his colorful work and comes highly recommended.
