Ghost In The Shell Perfect Book 1995->2017 is a compilation of art work from the Ghost In The Shell universe; with Mamoru Oshii’s two animated films, the Standalone and Arise series as well as GITS : The New Movie. A small section introducing Rupert Sanders live-action film is also included at the start of the book.
For each film/series the featured content includes character design sheets, weapons and mecha, as well as background art. There’s also a conversation/interview with the 3 Ghost In The Shell directors, Mamoru Oshii, Kamiyama Kenji and Kazuchika Kise.
While most of the content covered isn’t particularly new as each film/series have had their own respective art books, this volume does present itself as a very handy all in one book for quick visual references to the entire Ghost In The Shell film/series.
