Josh – Haha the boxset is too expensive for me, but I’m likely to get the Spirited Away blu-ray. :]

For those who have been collecting the individual blu-ray and still following, the box set may not be a welcome. I will not pay extra to buy the whole set again since I started collecting the individual way back from the first blu-ray release.
Disappointing, but really glad to see Spirited Away releasing soon.

Dennis – I guess the boxset is an easier way for fans who have yet purchased any of his films on blu-ray to pick it up more easily.
Definitely looking forward to the Spirited blu-ray alright. :]

Do you think the blu rays in the box set will have the same features as the individual ones? for instance both English subs and dubs? thank you

and a follow up question. Is the english dub from these releases different from the dub that was done originally? I read for instance that songs that were translated in english in the dubs done many years ago are the original japanese songs in these, is that true? and are the voice actors different as well? sorry for the many questions I`m just trying to get all the info before buying, these editions look great but they are pretty expensive.

luca – Unfortunately no such information is supplied on either Amazon or articles I found online, so I cannot give you a definitive answer.
My best guess is that the English subs and dubs should be the same – usually a disclaimer will be released if they are changed/different from the previous release.
Again, this is just my conjecture.
