Japanese conglomerate Nisshin Seifun has once again commissioned Studio Ghibli to create another lovely animated commercial Konyara ( see this older one from 2012 ). The hiragana characters in the image above reads : “We’re hungry !”

Just like the previous commercial the characters were animated by veteran Ghibli animator Katsuya Kondo, who was also the character designer for Kiki’s Delivery Service. Enjoy the commercial below :
