Japan Comickers 2 is a collection of illustrations by top Japanese artists like Tatsuyuki Tanaka, Maeshima Shigeki and Kuroboshi Kouhaku, as well as Korean artist Kim Heung-Tae and Taiwanese artist Pin-fan. This book was first released in 2006, so it must have completely evaded my radar back in the day. Volume 1 is also available.

(above & below) The ever amazing Tatsuyuki Tanaka, certainly the highlight of the art book for me. Be further wowed by his illustrations in the art book Cannabis Works.

(above) Kim Hyung Tae, the artist behind the Oxide art books.

(above & below) Illustrations by the Taiwanese duo Chen Shu-fen & Pin-fan. Their work is very popular in Japan and they are regular contributors to the illustration magazine Kikan S. Check out their art book Sweet Days.

Personally the Tatsuyuki Tanaka illustrations alone are worth the purchase of the book for me, and with lots of other great art work in here this is a great buy. Highly recommended.
