With Otomo The Complete Works first 2 titles releasing on 21st January 2022, Kodansha is going all out and pulling all the promotional stops for the famed manga artist’s re-release of all his previous comics. Giant billboards and murals have been put up in some of the busiest locations in Tokyo, like the Shinjuku station underpass walkway ( Metro Promenade ), Shibuya Station crossing exit, Parco Shibuya and more. This brings to mind the marketing campaign for Nissin Cup Noodles Freedom anime many years back.

As I mentioned above, the first two titles from the collection will go on sale on 21st January 2022, with 2 new titles releasing about every 2 months there-after. See this older post for more details and purchase links.
