DVD cover art for episode 6 of Freedom. Ao, Freedom’s female protagonist graces the cover donning an Apollo astronaut spacesuit. Without revealing any major spoilers ( well, the Freedom Nissin Cup Noodle commercials are packed with them anyway ), Ao and Takeru decides on a perilous journey back to the Moon which will ultimately lead to a climatic confrontation with Kazuma and Eden in Freedom 7. More news on Freedom 7 very soon.
Production for this episode was particularly stressful as I had to return to Singapore during the peak production period to attend Freedom’s screening at Animation Nation 2007. Thankfully everything turned up well and we managed to finish in time, with copious amounts of sleep lost, of course.
The extra materials on the dvd include 2 Freedom Nissin Cup Noodles television commercials,
- No 7 – [ 地球の危機篇 ]
- No 8 – [ 月への帰還篇 ]
as well as [ Freedom 5 Digest ] and the [ Freedom in USA ] featurette.

あっという間に時間が過ぎ、アオちゃんの美しさに感動しながら（笑）話のなぞをさらに知りたくなってしょうがない。とにかく、今度もすごーい！イタリアで発売されたらDVD買うぞ :P
