The official website for Singapore’s animation festival “Animation Nation 2007” ( 23rd November – 1st December ) is now online, and it seems animation fans are in for quite a treat this year with such a fantastic line-up of films like Tekkon Kinkreet and The Pixar Story (documentary), as well as an eclectic mix of animation shorts from all around the world.
I am happy to say that Freedom will also be screening at Animation Nation and the current screening arrangement includes The Prologue, Episode 1 and 2 as well as the Freedom Nissin Cup Noodle commercials. Freedom is not a feature film ( although it is been listed as so on the website ); I’m sure the organizers will update the details soon to reflect the correct information.
I will be present after Freedom’s screening for a short Q & A session. Hope you see you guys soon back in Singapore. :]

Jasrie – I believe there’s a big chance the main cinema vendors will bring in Tekkon as general release in the future, as they did for Paprika. :]
Aww! I’m actually going to be on vacation in Singapore from Nov30 to Dec02 but I’m going to miss both Tekkon Kinkreet AND Freedom!! DAMNIT!!!!
