Spider-Man : Into The Spiderverse - Academy & Golden Globe Awards

I very seldom post pictures of myself, but it’s not everyday one get to hold the Academy and Golden Globes award statues; both which Spider-Man : Into The Spiderverse won for the Best Animated Feature Film. I was a lighting/compositing artist on the project.

Pictured with me below are the director Peter Ramsey (left) and head of animation Josh Beveridge (right). A very big thanks to Peter and Josh for bringing the statues up to Sony Imageworks in Vancouver so that all the crew members can have a chance to celebrate the film’s success, as well as digital producer Lisa Bechard for her tireless effort in organizing this photo op.

Spider-Man : Into The Spiderverse - Academy & Golden Globe Awards

Spider-Man : Into The Spiderverse is now out on digital and blu-ray, so I highly recommend everyone go watch ( and re-watch ) it; I certainly will !

I also recommend checking out the amazing art book for the film, featuring tons of beautiful concept art created for the movie.
